Get in touch with the Gaia Casinos team
One email address, a stated reply time and a short list of things we will never ask of you.
For corrections, review questions, operator complaints or business matters, write to contato@bytx.com.br. We answer within 48 business hours. This email is our one official channel, and we will never request money, passwords or banking details through email or messaging apps.
Noticed a date that has passed, or have a thought on how a page could help more? Send it over. Each message is read, and a valid correction appears on the page together with a new date.
There is no telephone line or social media inbox, because those are the places where impostors pretend to be a site.
What to put in your email
Address it to contato@bytx.com.br, add the page link and describe the detail.
- Corrections: the page plus the exact figure or sentence.
- Review questions: the operator and the paragraph.
- Operator complaints: explain what happened. We cannot settle disputes, though we can suggest where to go.
- Business or press: who you are and what you need.
Things we will never ask for
Money, passwords, card numbers or verification codes. Anyone who uses our name to ask for them is an impostor. Do not reply, and report it at the official address.
Who we are, for the record
BYTX LTDA, CNPJ 65.649.904/0001-98, at R. Professora Urana Gomes Barros, 390, Campinas, São Paulo, CEP 13056-674, Brazil. Editor in chief: Anderson Alves.
Questions readers ask us
Is it possible to get my deposit back through you?
No, claims and collections are outside what we do. We can tell you what evidence to keep and which doors to knock on, such as the operator's complaints route and any regulator or dispute service named in its terms. Try the operator first and escalate from there.
Why is there no phone number?
Email is the only official route because it leaves a written record and makes impersonation harder. If a social network account claims to speak for us, ignore it and report it to our email. Email also lets you attach screenshots that both sides can revisit.
